Luxury Sheets provides a hassle-free, no-questions-asked, 60-day trial period for you to test your products!

What's the catch? There is none!

Within 60 days of purchasing your set of sheets, pillow cases, or duvet cover, you can send it back to us and get all your money back. Every penny.
(Sorry, pillows aren't returnable, even if you wash your face before bed)

Why are we doing this? We believe in our luxurious, soft fabric so much, that we're willing to bet that you'll never want anything else after trying it. If the unthinkable happens and you're truly not happy to the point you won't even put them on a guest bed, we will not be throwing your sheets in the trash. Luxury Sheets Canada is always happy to give back to community by donating to women's shelters, transition homes or families that don't mind gently used products. In addition to supporting local, we also donate to overseas charities and worthy causes.

 

If, for ANY REASON AT ALL, you want to return your product, simply send it back within 60 days, in it's original packaging, and we will refund all your money.

 

Possible reasons for returning your product:

- Your favorite sports team lost

- The full moon had you feeling off

- Venus is in retrograde

- You literally couldn't even

- The fabric was too soft, and you don't feel you deserve this kind of luxury

 

If, within 60 days of your purchase, you would like to return your product and not get any questions asked back, simply send an email to returns@luxurysheetscanada.com, provide your proof of purchase, and you will be sent instructions for sending your product back.

The above also applies to purchases made in person, or at our markets. This is the ONLY way to file a return. We will not be taking returns in-person at our markets unless we have first received an email and proof of purchase.

- We require you to provide a proof-of-purchase

- Products must be in their original packaging

- Products must not be damaged, abused, stained, or ruined

- Product must be shipped to our address, which we will provide, in Vernon, BC
