Warranty Information
We don't just sleep in our sheets, we also stand behind them.
Your Luxury Sheets are covered by a 6-month Limited Warranty.
Every customer is eligible for a 6-month limited warranty on any sheets that have been purchased through luxurysheetscanada.com or in-person at any of our markets. For 6 months after purchase, if your sheets have a defect covered under our warranty, we will provide a one-time replacement.
At our discretion, we may collect your old sheet set (at our cost), or allow you to donate it to a charity of your choice after your replacement arrives.
This warranty covers purchases and clients located in Canada only.
What is covered under warranty:
Defects in workmanship, manufacturers defects, or irregular wear despite proper use and handling.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of washing
- Comfort preference (after the trial period)
- Any garment that appears abused or damaged from negligence
How to file for warranty:
Send an email to returns@luxurysheetscanada.com and attach the following information:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase
- A photo of the area being claimed for under warranty
- A change of address (if applicable)
You will hear back with further instructions regarding your warranty exchange
